Those looking for a bite in London’s Soho will be pleased to know that revolutionary new Asian Fusion restaurant, Inamo, will be opening its doors in a matter of days. The brainchild of University friends Danny Potter and Noel Hunwick, Inamo’s virtual ordering system controlled from the restaurant tables came about as a by-product of the duo’s frustration of getting the attention of waiters.
With state-of-the-art technology to control what you order, the ambience at the table, paying the bill and even working out where to go for a drink afterwards, Inamo is no doubt an exciting new venture – and that is without taking the food into account.
Presided over by Head Chef Anthony Sousa Tam – of Nobu and Hakkasan fame – the food is a fabulous mixture of small finger food and main dishes that will whet the appetite. His influence on the restaurant is a mixture of Japanese, Thai and Chinese dishes - try the pork with chocolate sauce, it sounds bizarre but tastes divine.
Inamo opens to the public on September 1st.
